Hello everyone, Jared Smith here with your Charleston weather forecast for Friday, November 10th, 2023, and the upcoming weekend.

Friday will be the final day of 80s in the area for a little while as a cold front approaches from the north.

We’ll see an increase in clouds as the day goes on, but rain should hold off for one more day.

The front gets through later Friday night, and cool high pressure wedges in behind it, and that’s going to make Saturday feel a lot different.

It’s going to top out maybe 20 degrees cooler than we did on Friday, only in the low 60s at best.

There’s going to be some showers around at times too, so keep the rain gear handy for the first time in a while, and definitely for the first time this month.

Showers become more likely on Sunday as the disturbance moves across the area.

Cool high pressure at the surface combined with clouds and rain will keep high temperatures suppressed to the mid to upper 50s.

It’ll be kind of a raw day, a good day to do things indoors, a good soup day.

We’ll also need to keep an eye on Sunday morning’s high tide for some minor coastal flooding, thanks to northeast early winds helping to push the water level higher.

Right now we’re not expecting too much in the way of major flooding by any stretch of the imagination, but again, keep an ear out for coastal flood advisories from the National Weather Service.

That’s going to let you know when the water levels are going to be highest, and when road closures are most likely.

And it looks like these cooler than normal temperatures are going to last well into next week, although we’re going to have a little bit more sunshine.

And we should see temperatures gradually rise from the low 60s on Monday, getting into the mid 60s by Wednesday, and maybe touching 70 on Thursday, but there is a slight chance of showers also on Thursday.

And that was Charleston Weather Daily for November 10th, 2023.
